The panning keys pan the tactile view horizontally and the inner function
keys pan it vertically, which together let a reader reach the whole chart
while zoomed in without leaving the display. The outer function keys scroll
the braille text line below it.
Named for the DotPad's keys, which were the first. Another display maps its
own keys onto the same jobs: a Monarch's left D-pad pans the view, and its
right D-pad and Space chords scroll the text line. The zoom keys are a
Monarch's own, its plus and minus; a DotPad has none.
