Function convertExcelChart

): Maidr | null
Convert a snapshot of an Excel chart into a MAIDR figure.
Parameters
- snapshot: ExcelChartSnapshot | null | undefined
  One read of a chart, from readExcelChart or written by hand.
- options: ExcelConvertOptions = {}
  The figure id.
Returns Maidr | null
The figure, or null -- with a console warning saying why -- when the chart's type has no MAIDR reading, or it holds nothing to navigate. A combo chart with a series MAIDR cannot read is read without it, and the console names it.
