Builds the layer for a range waterfall.
Parameters
- seriesModel: WaterfallPoint[] | EChartsSeriesModel
  The waterfall, or the steps already read off a stack
- name: string
  The series' name, when it has one
- axes: { x: string; y: string }
  The axis titles
  - x: string
    The category axis' title
  - y: string
    The value axis' title
- selectors: string[] | undefined
  One selector per step, when its bars were found
Returns MaidrLayer | undefined
The layer, or undefined when no step was drawn
