One position along a percentile band (fan chart): the distribution at one
x, as an ordered list of its quantiles.
A percentile_band layer is PercentileBandPoint[], one entry per x in
drawn order. The layer's levels are every level any point declares; a
point that leaves one out has a gap there. The quantiles pair up into
nested bands from the outside in -- the lowest level with the highest, the
second lowest with the second highest -- and an odd one in the middle is
the median the bands surround. The pairing is by position in the sorted
list, so the levels are expected to be symmetric about 0.5 the way every
fan chart draws them; a band whose two levels are not is named by both of
them rather than as a "middle" share.
