Generates a CSS selector for one point of a bar/column series, by its
position among the points the series actually drew.
barSelector names every point at once and leaves the pairing to document
order, which is the series' data order. That is only good enough while the
announced order and the drawn order agree; a reversed category axis makes
them disagree, and then each bar has to be named outright (#995).
Counted with :nth-child, not :nth-of-type. The tag varies — <rect> for
square corners, <path> for rounded ones, the default since v11 — so
rect.highcharts-point:nth-of-type(k) matches nothing on a modern default
chart. The series group holds its points and nothing else, so counting all
children is both tag-agnostic and exact.
drawnIndex is a position in the DOM, not a category index: Highcharts
renders no element at all for a null point, so a series with a gap has
fewer points than categories.
