What became of a command a caller asked a chart to run, as
LiveCommandChannel.run reports it.
now: run at once, through the chart's own command executor, as the
reader's key for it runs there.
unavailable: the reader is in the chart, but the scope they are in has
no key for the command -- the multi-panel lobby has no autoplay, say -- or
the key would silently do nothing there.
blocked: a MAIDR dialog, text field or label chord is open in the
chart, whether or not the page has the browser's focus. Nothing ran, and
nothing was kept.
kept: the reader is not in the chart. The command runs the next time
they enter it, after any target kept for them and any command kept
before it.
full: the reader is not in the chart, and as many commands as the chart
keeps are already waiting for them.
