Call it once Office.js is ready, from Office.onReady. It appends one
wrapper to container, reads every chart of the presentation, shows the
selected chart (or the first), and follows the selection until
OfficeBinding.dispose.
The presentation is read through Document.getFileAsync, which PowerPoint
offers on the web, on Windows, on Mac and on iPad, and unzipped with the
browser's DecompressionStream. Following the selection needs
PowerPointApi 1.5; without it, the picker alone chooses the chart.
