One label per category from the range's displayed text: its levels, outer first, joined -- 2024 Q1, 2024 Q2.
Parameters
- text: readonly (readonly string[])[]
  The range's text, [row][column].
- layout: "rows" | "columns"
  Whether each category is a row or a column.

The labels.
