Function readChartPart

readChartPart(root: Element): ExcelChartSnapshot | null
Read a DrawingML chart part.
Parameters
- root: Element
  The part's root element, c:chartSpace.
Returns ExcelChartSnapshot | null
The chart, as the Excel adapter converts it; null when the part is not a chart. A chart of groups MAIDR does not know reads as Invalid, so the converter says it cannot read it.
