Recharts writes nothing on a band that says which group it draws, so each
ridge is highlighted on the band of the <Area> that names its group
(ridgeSelectors, counting among the <Area>s). Every <Area> is
collected, depth-first in the order they are written, which is the order
Recharts draws the bands in. A name given as a number is read as the
text a group is read as; anything else that is not a string is left out.
