Not the order they were declared in: ECharts sorts what it draws by
zlevel, then z, and only then by declaration. Measured on Metabase's
waterfall, whose label-carrying scatter is declared before its total bar
with z: 8 against the bar's default 2, the bar's mark comes first in
the SVG -- so marks handed out in declaration order named the total bar by
a label's symbol (#1304). The stamping pass and the overlay both follow
this order, so a canvas chart's marks line up the way an SVG chart's do.
