    Whether row 0 is drawn at the top, so the next row is the one drawn below it and Down moves to it. A multi-line display then keeps row 0 on its top line, so the caret moves down when Down does. Absent, row 0 is on the bottom line and Up moves the caret up, as the grid's own rule has it.
