A Highcharts Manhattan plot made accessible by the MAIDR Highcharts
adapter. The chart is one ordinary scatter series per chromosome, which is
how the alternating colours are drawn, but it is one cloud read through
one genome-wide threshold — so the reading is declared with
significancePlot: { type: 'manhattan' } and the adapter
merges the series into a single layer. Each point announces its SNP and
its chromosome, and the summary opens with how many clear the line. Click
